A five-phase path back to yourself.

The ESSENCE Method brings together subconscious reprogramming, emotional integration, developmental psychology, and nervous-system science to create transformation at the deepest level. It’s not surface work. It’s not mindset. It’s a structured process for reconnecting with the parts of you that became fragmented, suppressed, or conditioned out of safety and survival.

 

This is where real change begins — not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who you were before you learned to disconnect from yourself.

What if I’ve already done therapy or coaching?

Many women in this mastermind have done years of personal growth work. They’re self-aware, but their patterns, symptoms, or internal reactions haven’t truly shifted. This container works directly with the subconscious, stored emotions, and nervous system — the deeper layers your mind alone can’t reach. Therapy, coaching, and this work can complement each other beautifully.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

No. While we explore how beliefs become biology and how the body holds unresolved emotion, this mastermind is not medical treatment or psychotherapy. It is educational and transformational in nature. You’re encouraged to continue working with your chosen healthcare or mental health providers alongside this work.

How much time will I need each week?

Plan for a 90-minute live session every other week, plus optional time for Q&A calls. Between sessions, you might spend 20–30 minutes a few days a week with hypnosis tracks and integration practices. The intention is to support your life, not overwhelm it.

What if I can’t attend a live call?

All live sessions will be recorded and available for the duration of the program. Many women re-listen to sessions as their nervous system is ready, which often brings new layers of insight and integration.

How will I know if this is the right fit for me?
