Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any service, session, program, membership, recording, digital product, or other paid offering from Essence Coaching. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Because my work involves reserved appointment time, preparation, digital materials, immediate access to content, and/or limited availability, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be provided because of a change of mind, change in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, missed or unused sessions, failure to participate in or complete an offering, or dissatisfaction with an individual outcome.

Please make sure you are comfortable with your purchase before completing checkout.

Private Sessions & Consultations

Payments for private sessions and consultations are non-refundable. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with insufficient notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled without an additional payment.

Multi-Session Private Packages

When you purchase a multi-session private package, you are purchasing the full package as one offering, even when you choose an installment payment plan.

A payment plan is a method of paying the total package price over time. It is not a month-to-month or cancel-anytime service. Remaining scheduled payments continue according to the payment agreement selected at checkout.

Unused sessions are not eligible for cash refunds or partial refunds.

Rooted Library Membership Cancellations

Rooted is a recurring monthly membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, and access to Rooted will continue until that period ends.

To cancel your Rooted membership:

  1. Log in to your Essence Coaching account.
  2. Click your profile picture or user avatar in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Open the Billing tab.
  5. Locate your active Rooted subscription and click the three dots (•••).
  6. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Digital Products & Recordings

Purchases of digital products, hypnosis recordings, downloadable materials, workshops, and other digital resources are final once the purchase has been completed or access has been provided.

Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are not provided after purchase except where required by applicable law.

Programs, Groups & Live Offerings

Payments for live programs, group experiences, workshops, or other limited-capacity offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing for that specific offering.

If an installment plan is offered, selecting that plan does not convert the program into a cancel-anytime subscription. You remain responsible for the agreed payment schedule.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Hypnotherapy, subconscious work, education, coaching, and related services are individualized experiences. No specific emotional, behavioral, relational, financial, physical, medical, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Your purchase is for access to the service, time, materials, process, and support described in the applicable offering rather than a guaranteed result.

Essence Coaching reserves the right to update this policy as business practices, offerings, or legal requirements change. The version posted on this page at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
