Terms of Service

By Purchasing or participating in the Nervous System Freedom Reset (3-Session Intensive), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Nature of Services

The Nervous System Freedom Reset is a coaching and subconscious re-patterning service.

This work may include:

• Guided hypnosis

• Subconscious belief work

• Nervous system education

• Coaching conversations

This service is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health therapy.

No diagnosis or medical advice is provided.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

2. No Medical Advice

The Company does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.

Nothing contained in sessions, written materials, or communication should be construed as medical advice.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, you agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

• Results vary.

• Participation is voluntary.

• You are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and outcomes.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full or via agreed payment plan before services begin.

If using a payment plan:

• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

• Failure to complete payments does not void your financial obligation.

5. Completion Timeline

The 3-session intensive must be completed within 8 weeks of the first scheduled session.

Sessions not used within that timeframe are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of coaching and intellectual services, no refunds are provided once purchase is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Linsey Lott LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Emotional responses arising from participation

• Client decisions made after sessions

You agree to hold the Company harmless for outcomes resulting from your participation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
