Nature of Services

Essence Coaching provides hypnotherapy, subconscious-focused support, educational resources, coaching-related services, workshops, recordings, and other personal development offerings.

Services are intended to support personal insight, awareness, behavioral change, emotional processing, and self-development.

No service, program, recording, workshop, or digital resource is intended to replace appropriate medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other licensed healthcare treatment.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Essence Coaching does not guarantee any specific emotional, behavioral, relational, professional, financial, physical, or health outcome.

Your purchase is for the professional time, preparation, services, materials, access, and support described in the applicable offering—not for a guaranteed result.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, participation, and use of the information, tools, recordings, or services provided through Essence Coaching.

You agree to communicate honestly, participate voluntarily, and raise questions or concerns when something is unclear or does not feel appropriate for you.

You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when a medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialized issue falls outside the scope of the services being provided.

Private Sessions & Programs

Private appointments and multi-session programs reserve dedicated time in my schedule. Appointment length, number of sessions, pricing, payment terms, and any included resources are described on the applicable offer or checkout page.

Multi-session packages are purchased as a complete offering unless otherwise expressly stated.

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and missed-session terms are governed by the applicable offer terms and the Essence Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment Plans

If an offering includes a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price in installments unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the schedule shown at checkout.

Choosing not to continue participating does not automatically cancel remaining payments for a package or program purchased as a whole, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions

Memberships and recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

You are responsible for canceling a recurring subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation applies to future renewal charges and does not ordinarily create a refund for payments already processed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Digital Products, Recordings & Workshops

Digital products, hypnosis recordings, workshops, downloadable materials, and other digital resources are provided for your personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, upload, modify, license, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission from Essence Coaching.

Access may be revoked if materials are shared, distributed, or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All original content, written materials, recordings, frameworks, worksheets, exercises, videos, audio files, graphics, course materials, and other proprietary resources provided by Essence Coaching remain the intellectual property of Essence Coaching unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials from the content.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Information shared in private sessions will be handled with care and discretion, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations.

Online communication, email, scheduling platforms, payment processors, and other third-party systems may be used in providing services. While reasonable care is taken, no electronic platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Technology & Third-Party Platforms

Essence Coaching may use third-party platforms for payment processing, email delivery, scheduling, video meetings, digital access, and related services.

Essence Coaching is not responsible for temporary outages, delays, technical failures, or changes caused by third-party providers, but reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues when they arise.

Recordings & Session Materials

Any hypnosis recording, personalized audio, worksheet, or other material provided to you is intended solely for your personal use unless otherwise stated.

Hypnosis recordings should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires your full external attention.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Essence Coaching reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services when doing so is reasonably considered necessary for professional, ethical, safety, scheduling, or scope-of-practice reasons.

Any financial obligations or refunds arising from such a circumstance will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the specific circumstances involved.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, payment-plan obligations, and subscription cancellations are governed by the separate Essence Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable refund and cancellation terms before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Essence Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from your participation in or use of any service, program, product, recording, or resource.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Essence Coaching may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as services, offerings, policies, or legal requirements change.

The version available on this page at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in an Essence Coaching offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with any offer-specific terms presented at checkout.
