3 Private 1:1 Sessions

Session 2 — Release
Safely release stored emotional charge your nervous system has been holding.
This allows the body to exit survival mode.

 

Session 3 — Rewire & Integrate
Update the nervous system’s baseline so safety becomes the new default.
This allows regulation to happen naturally — not through effort.
